The date for the final exam has been finalized as Dec. 10. The final exam will be held in CSEB3033 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The final exam is comprehensive and will cover the following sections of the text.

  * Chapter 1 Introduction

  * Chapter 2 Review of DT Signal Processing and Linear Algebra (Sections 2.0 – 2.4)

  * Chapter 3 Introduction to Random Processes, Filtering and Factorization (Sections 3.1 – 3.7)

  * Chapter 4 Modeling of deterministic and stochastic signals (Sections 4.1 – 4.4, 4.6 - 4.7)

  * Chapter 7 Wiener and Kalman-Bucy filters (Sections 7.1 - 7.5)

  * Chapter 8 Spectrum Extimation (Sections 8.1 - 8.2)

The final exam is closed book. You are allowed to bring __one__ letter size page with important formulas and transforms that you may feel necessary.
