We will accept remarking requests via e-mail to your instructor provided that: - The subject line is: "Labtest1 Reap" - You include what you received by email (i.e. your answer and the TA's feedback). - You include all the information fields in the reappraisal form on the Policies page. Note in particular that the deadline for submitting the reappraisal form will be Thursday, March 20. After this date your mark will be considered final. ---- **Mon Mar. 10, 08** It has come to our attention that some of the marks posted Thursday on ePost were incorrect. Specifically, the written test marks (out of 100) were correct but some of the labtest marks (out of 20) were not. We have since corrected the problem and the marks posted now are correct. We apologize for this mistake and, moreover, we have worked with the registrar office to extend the drop deadline so those who wish to drop the course because their labtest marks were incorrect, can still do so, and those who have already dropped the course, again because of incorrect labtest marks, can re-enrol. If you fall in either of these groups then you must inform your instructor of your decision (to drop or re-enrol) by email by Thursday (March the 13th) __at the latest__. ---- **Mon Mar. 10, 08** * Solutions to Test 1 are here: here. * Use these solutions to help you understand what you did wrong and to learn from your mistakes. * If you believe there are errors in the marking of your test, then follow the procedure outlined on the Policies page. Note in particular that the deadline for submitting the reappraisal form will be Monday, March 17. After this date your mark will be considered final. * A similar announcement concerning labtest reappraisal will be made later this week. ---- **Thu Mar. 6, 08** * The Department will conduct a course evaluation during the first 15 min of class on Monday March 24. ---- **Thu Mar. 6, 08** * Your mark in Test#1 (out of 100) and in LabTest#1 (out of 20) are now available on ePost (accessible from the //Grades// page. It is critical that each of them obtains such an account //asap// from the lab monitor in the Prism Lab (1st floor of CSEB).
