+The departmentally organised Deferred Exams for the W09 session will take place on June 10, 2009, 3:00pm-6:00pm. Room: CLH C. Only students who hold a signed deferred agreement for said date, or have analogous documented permission, will be allowed to write.
+In order to write the deferred exam for CSE3311, due to a serious medical emergency, then you must ask your physician to fill out the standard medical form (available from the departmental office). By June 6th, 2009:
+  * Get your physician to fill out the department's standard medical form ({{:attending_physician_statement.pdf|}}) that must specifically state that you were unable to write the exam on May 28th due to a medical emergency.
+  * Obtain a copy of the deferred agreement form ([[http://www.registrar.yorku.ca/pdf/deferred_standing_agreement.pdf]here]]) also from the departmental office.
