===== April 12, 2011 =====

Please be reminded that the final exam will take place at 2:00pm-4:30pm on Friday April 15 in CLH E. The format of the exam is the same as the midterm. Also, our TA (Jessie Zhao) will have an office hour at 2-3pm tomorrow (Wednesday) in TEL 2116 to answer your questions about course materials.

===== March 28, 2011 =====
Assignment 5 is posted. Please go to the "Assignments" page to download it. The assignemnt is due at 5pm on Tuesday April 5, 2011. It accounts for 8% of your total mark. Note that you can do this assignment in a group of 2 students.

===== March 27, 2011 =====

Please note that our class on this coming Tuesday (March 29) will be held in the labs (TEL 2114&2116). Thus, the two remainning classes for CSE1570 will both be in the labs. We will continue learning the techiques that are needed for finishing Assignment 5.
Please note that it is important to attend the labs in order
to finish Assignment 5. If you missed last Thursday's class, please
read the slides and do the exercises on the slides before
attending this Tuesday's lab.

===== March 20, 2011 =====

Due to a technical problem with WebFAS on Saturday, many students could not access 
MATLAB at home on Saturday. The problem has been fixed by the UIT technicians this
morning. Please go ahead to use MATLAB to finish your assignment.

Due to this problem, the due time for Assignment #4 is
now extended to Tuesday (March 22) night at 11:30pm.

Also, our TA, Jessie Zhao, will have an office hour on this coming
Monday (tomorrow) at 2pm-3pm in TEL 2116 (which is the lab
where we have our Thursday classes). Please make use of this
opportunity to ask your questions about the assignment.
