• WebFAS is a new York UIT web service that enables remote access to many applications in labs and Libraries on campus.

• You can use MATLAB from home by remotely login to WebFAS

• Using WebFAS requires an FAS - File Access Service account.
• If you haven't done so, you can active your FAS - File Access Service by using Manage My Services
• Login to WebFAS at https://webfas.yorku.ca/Citrix/XenApp/auth/login.aspx with your FAS account login name and password
  1. If it is the first time you use WebFAS on your computer, you will be prompt to install a client (Citrix Online Plug-in). Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation.
  2. If you already have the client installed on your computer, you will see the list of applications on your browser. Click “matlabr2010a” to launch MATLAB.
