APPLIED CRYPTOGRAPHY
Description
CSE3481 provides an overview of cryptographic algorithms and the main cryptosystems in use today. The course emphasises the application of cryptographic algorithms to designing secure protocols. Topics include Symmetric Key Cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure, and Hash Functions, and the application of these ideas toward providing security services and network protocols.
