-    * The exam takes place from 2 PM to 5 PM on Sunday, April 15. 
-    * The exam will be in two parts: a written part, and a labtest part. The class will be divided: half will do the written part first, and the other half will do the labtest first. Halfway through the exam, everyone will switch and do the other part of the exam.

 +    * The makeup exam written part will be held on Wednesday, May 9 and the labtest part on Thursday May 10.
 +    * Only those who complete a Deferred Standing Agreement form **and have it accepted and signed by a 1030 instructor** will be allowed to attend these exams.  The Deferred Standing Agreement form **must** be accompanied by a properly completed Attending Physician's Statement.
