There will be no lecture on March 20. * **(Mar 4)** Graduate students (CSE 5431): Please submit a short (1-paragraph) research proposal for your survey paper by **Tuesday, March 13**. Your survey paper can either describe a mobile communications protocol (e.g., Bluetooth), or can describe current research on a mobile communications technology (e.g., MIMO). Your survey papers are due at the final exam: Monday, April 16. * **(Mar 1)** Lab cancelled on Friday March 2. * **(Feb 3)** Midterm postponed until Feb 16. * **(Jan 25)** Quiz 1 will now take place on Feb. 2. The quiz will be held in the last 30 minutes of class, from 6:15 PM to 6:45 PM. The quiz will consist of one of the problems from the problem set (verbatim). Graduate students are not required to write the quiz. * **(Jan 25)** Problem set 1 has been posted to the [[Documents]] page. * **(Jan 16)** Prof. Eckford is away this week.
