====== Grades ====== The weight distribution of the course components is as follows: * 25% - Labs * 15% - Quizzes (top 3 of your 4 quiz marks will be counted) * 20% - [[testdue_dates | Midterm]] * 40% - Final Exam You can view your marks on the course moodle page. **Remarking Policy:** __Assessments prior to final exam__: After it is returned to the class as a whole, you have **up to one week** to re-submit your work (tests, labs, assignments, etc.) for re-assessment. Attach a written form to your work that clearly and logically outlines where you think the marking was mistaken. Please beware that the entire body of the re-submitted work may be remarked and that its mark may become higher, lower, or unchanged. __Final Exam__: Wait until you get your official grade by regular mail from York (nothing can be done before that). Within three weeks of receiving them, go to LAS-1003 and request a copy of your final exam. If you spot errors, either in marking, or in addition, or in the overall grade computation, petition in writing as described above.
