• Demonstrate the functionality of your project in 5 minute

Last Comments about Final Exam Preparation

1. Read the lecture notes and re-do examples
2. You need to understand the concept of Micro-controller ADC, DAC, Digital Controller, Memory Mapping and etc in order to solve the problems.
3. In the exam, Read the question carefully and try to answer each question in less than 15 minutes.

• March 23rd: A PID control's tutorial was uploaded ( see lectures webpage).
• March 19th: If you would like to demonstrate your project, Please confirm your availability in one of the following dates at 4pm: April 8th, April 15th, April 16th and April 19th. Please be reminded that you need to demonstrate your project and also show a demo ( video-clip) of your project at the same time.
• March 19th: The students can borrow the beagle-bone micro-controller from lab monitors and start programming.
• March 19th: Several typical questions related to the questions 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 were uploaded.

• March 13th: New Lab was uploaded.

• Feb 15th, the extended deadline to submit the proposal of EECS3215 project is Feb. 28th at 12am. See projects' page.
• Feb 15th, the important reminder about midterm was posted in the assignments' page..
• Feb 13th, the answers of typical questions were added.
• Feb 2nd assignment 2 was uploaded
• Jan. 25th:: %50 Laboratory Assignments in broken into two parts- %25 Report including the questions from Lectures and %25 Lab activities including preparation of new lab (%12.5), demonstration %12.5 ( weeks # 3, 4, 6, 9 and 11, 13). Extra bonus is given to the students who can finish in the same day of starting new lab. The students who can not finish the lab experiments, they can continue and demonstrate their lab's functionality at the beginning of the next lab ( weeks # 6, 9 and 11, 13). All lab reports should be sent to TA (Navid Mohaghegh navid@eecs.yorku.ca) before the beginning of Lab ( weeks # 4, 6, 9 and 11, 13). Also A signed copy of report should be delivered at the beginning of the lab after (Week # 4, 6, 9 and 11, 13).
• Jan. 22th, 2016:Lecture 6 was uploaded.
• Jan. 20th, 2016: The instructions related to the design and implementation of embedded system for project was posted. Also several typical questions were added to the lecture webpage.
• Jan. 19th, 2016: Two documents were uploaded in the “more reading documents” section.
• Jan. 17th, 2016:** Slides of Lectures 3 and 4 were uploaded.
• Jan. 11th, 2016: Students should read the Lab documents and prepare Per-Lab this week. Therefore there is No Lab on Monday and Friday this week.
• Jan.10th, 2016:The sections of lectures and Lab assignments were updated. The CSE3215's students can login, click on Lab assignments or lectures and read the documents.
• Jan. 7th, 2016: After the short discussion in the class, no changes in the lectures' and labs' times was made.
• Jan. 4th, 2016: Happy new year. The first class will be held on Jan. 5th, at 4pm, PSE 321.
