+This course presents the design and implementation techniques for life science applications in particular for cellular and molecular biology. It applies the fundamental knowledge of physics, chemistry, biology and engineering to the development of micro-fluidic devices. In this course,  first the graduate students are introduced the theoretical and practical micro-fluidic techniques for various biological applications published in the literature. Thereafter, they will focus on a mini moicro-fluidic project. The topics covered in this course can be seen in the course outline.
