The Prism lab is staffed by senior student monitors who are available:

• to answer questions regarding problems with your account, Unix, printing concerns.
• to correct printer problems
• to enforce the Prism Use Policy.

You are asked to be polite and follow monitor requests promptly at all times.

Teaching Assistants are graduate students who are assigned to a particular course to help students with questions related to course work and assignments. They are available at certain hours during the week. The course instructor will inform students of the TA schedule for a course.

  The Computer Science technical support team manages all Computer Science research and teaching facilities including the Prism Lab.
