=== Authorization to Enrol ===
//The following checklist is the same across all of the project courses.//

  * You will receive authorization to enrol **//only after//** **Eligibility Checklist "A" (Pre-requisites)** and **Eligibility Checklist "B" (Course Content)** have been verified.
  * Once you are authorized to enrol in the course, the course coordinator will email the undergraduate program office to request that permissions be granted for you to enroll in the course.  You and your project supervsior will be cc'd on this email. 
  * This is a manual operation and may require 24-48 hours to complete.
  * Once the undergraduate office completes granting the permission, this course will become an option for you to select in the online enrollment system. 
      * The course catalog number will vary depending on the course and the term.  Look up the course catalog number in the York Courses Web Site or the Visual Schedule Builder. 
  * All enrollment and financial deadlines apply to this course, just like any other course that is part of your degree.  See [[https://registrar.yorku.ca/enrol/dates| Registrar's Office: Important Dates]]
  * Once you are enrolled in the course, the eclass site for the course will appear on eclass under "My Courses": [[https://eclass.yorku.ca/|eClass]] 
      * Your supervisor will also be added to the class site (as a non-editing instructor).
      * Monitor the eclass site regularly.  Your grades will be shown there.  Important course announcements will appear there as well.
