Course and instructor evaluations are available using the Online Evaluations webapp. The evaluations are available to faculty and admin staff only. Use your system username and password to login to the site.
In order to view an evaluation, select a session, a term, and a report, and then click the “GET REPORT” button. The report will open up in a new window. HTML reports are directly importable into Microsoft Excel for further evaluation.
Each course has a report page associated with it containing the course, instructor, and TA evaluations. Each evaluation lists the instructor name, the number of students enrolled in the course, and the number of student surveyed. The instructor, course, and TA questions are listed along with the number of student responses at each score for that question (Excellent, Very Good, Good, Acceptable, Poor, Not Applicable). The mean and standard deviation of student responses to each of the questions is provided as well.
The course summary and instructor summary reports provide an overview of all of the data for the course and instructor evaluations for a particular session and term. These reports list all of the courses in the given session and term along with the mean student response to each of the questions. The mean response for each question from all courses is provided along with the standard deviation. The responses are then broken down by year level (1000 to 6000), and the mean score and standard deviations are shown by question and level.
