Cost-effective Automated Genomic Based Microbial Analyzer: A Case Study on Breast Cancer



High Throughput NMR Spectroscopy: The goal of this project is the design and implementation of CMOS based microfluidic/microelectronic NMR spectrometers for drug discovery applications.




Integrated Microfluidic CMOS (imCMOS) for Quantitative Biology and Point-of-care Diagnostics We examine the design and implementation of imCMOS devices for quantitative analysis of cells in culture using multiple integrated sensors such as capacitive electrodes and Ion selective biology ISFETs.



Hybrid Microfluidic/MEMS for medical applications: We develop cantilever array system devices using foundry MEMS process for various life science applications.



Aged Macular Disease (AMD) Detection: The design and implementation of AMD point-of-care diagnostics is our main goal in this project.





In-Vitro Neuronal Studies: We study the development of novel brain disease diagnostic and subsequent treatment techniques using Super-para-magentic Nanoparticles. In this approach, we use computational and experimental (in-vitro) models.
