Supperparamagnetic Nanoparticles as Nanocarriers for Crossing Blood Brain Barrier and Aggregating in Epileptic Foci: Proof of Concept and Toxicity study The main goal of this study is to test the hypothesis that label-free superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) can advance diagnostic and therapeutic options for the treatment of brain disorders without compromising brain functions. For more details, see our related publications.
Aged Macular Disease (AMD) Detection: The design and implementation of AMD point-of-care diagnostics is our main goal in this project.
Integrated CMOS/MEMS Sensors We examine the design and implementation of CMOS/MEMS devices for life science applications using NMR, Capacitive and Cantilever techniques.
