Your assignment is to review a research paper. A list of topics are given below. You may choose your own topic, but you have to clear it with me first.

The paper is due last day of classes. The proposal is due Tuesday Nov. 13.

You have to review the paper. That is reading it, understanding it, going to some of the references mentioned in the paper to review it and summarizing the whole thing.

In any paper, you will find a section about previous work mentioning very briefly what is previously done in this area. Ideally you can dig deeper in this part to explain further previous work and summarize it.
