- Last day to approach faculty member regarding possible contract (suggested): Friday, May 8
- Last day to submit a contract to the course coordinator: Friday, May 15
- Last day to complete enrolment in the course (with permission of course director): Monday, May 25
- Last date to drop course without receiving a grade: Friday, July 17
- Last date to withdraw from the course (receiving a W on transcript): Wednesday, August 12
- The date and format for project presentations are to be determined. The presentations will be held in the second half of August. All students must present.
