Devices, related Drivers and to Verify your setup
The tutorial is specifically for Quartus version 20.1 and for Max 10 family of FPGA devices. You would have to alter the steps, if using a different version and device family.

ModelSim Simulator
This tutorial explains running ModelSim simulator, from within the Quartus project, to

Steps for MacOS
Running Quartus and ModelSim on MacOS is Not natively supported. However there are few work-arounds, which have been tried and tested.
