Requesting Labtest Mode

Requesting Labtest Mode Desktop Edition

Faculty should contact tech with the following information.

  • Faculty Name
  • TA(s) names or login id's
  • Your Course Number (add session and term for deferred exams)
  • Date eg Mon Oct 5th
  • Time eg 9:30am to 11:20am
  • Duration of test (eg 45 minutes)
  • Room number (defaults to LAS 1006 )
  • Number of Special access hosts for students with disabilities
  • Additional time needed for these hosts- Start-End Time
  • Mode (labtest, linux, windows, virtual host)
  • If you require restricted mode, please request tech to add to the schedule
  • Please end the test 10 minutes prior to the lab session to allow students to get from one class to the other. This also will allow time for exchange of students if other labs are following yours.

Requesting Labtest Mode Laptop Edition

  • Faculty Name
  • Your Course Number (add session and term for deferred exams)
  • Date eg Mon Oct 5th
  • Time eg 9:30am to 11:20am
  • Duration of test (eg 45 minutes)
  • Room number (William Small Center 106/108 )
  • Additional time needed for these hosts with special needs
  • Mode labtest
  • Please end the test 10 minutes prior to the lab session to allow students to get to their next class

If you require a smaller room, please let us know in advance so we can post signs appropriately for students to use the lab.

Please remember to end your test 10 minutes before the scheduled lab time. This is to allow movement of students from one class to another

Please check the schedule carefully to ensure that the labtest has been booked as per your requirements. If there are any adjustments required, please contact tech as soon as possible.
